Returns

Unwanted Returns

If you have ordered your item in the last 7 days and you wish to return your item to us we will issue you a refund minus our shipping costs providing the following conditions are met:

  1. the item is unopened and unused in its original packaging
  2. The item is returned to our postal address in adequate packaging.
  3. The item is returned on a track able service using TNT or DHL only which you the customer pays for.

 Before returning an item, please email our returns department at orders@naijaweddings.net so we can issue you a returns authorization number.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

For items either faulty or damaged in transit please email our returns department at orders@naijaweddings.net so we can investigate this with our courier and issue a returns authorization number if applicable.

We use rigid postal packaging when sending our orders through the postal system in order to offer as much protection as possible during transit.

Please do not accept or sign for damaged goods.

 

Other Information

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorization number.

We can only refund delivery costs if your return request is the result of an error on our part or if the item is faulty.

We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty.

Wrap the item securely and if possible include the invoice along with your returns authorization email.

Please feel free to use the packaging in which the item was sent for its return if the packaging hasn’t been damaged.
